The rooms were amazing! Everything felt clean and new. The bathtub in the bathroom was quite a surprise; it was big and it felt so good to soak and relax after walking around the city all day. , the location was great, just a quick walk from the subway station which made it easy to get around the city.
The language barrier was an issue during our check-in. The staff at the front desk struggled to communicate with us in English which made the process longer and more confusing than we would have liked.

The location of the hotel was great, it was close to a train station and a lot of amazing food options. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I particularly liked the fact that the toilet was very modern and had a big bathtub which was perfect for relaxation after a long day.
I had a terrible experience with the staff, as they were not able to speak English well. Ordering food was a real struggle, and I had to use Google Translate for everything.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were of high quality. Additionally, the location was very convenient as it was situated close to Akasaka subway station and had easy access to transportation. The hotel is situated in a convenient area which is really close to the subway station named Akasaka. This makes travelling to and fro the airport an easy task. The rooms are quite clean and have a modern aesthetic. The toilets are incredibly spacious and luxurious. The staff members are polite and well-trained, which makes for a pleasant stay.
The breakfast provided was average at best.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Fukuoka. The room was impeccably clean and had a brand new feel. The highlight was definitely the spacious bathtub in the modern and stylish toilet. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Akasaka subway station. Plus, there were plenty of amazing food options nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Fukuoka.
